This page sets out the limits of what ZeroDataUpload (operated by Leena Software Solutions, Ambernath East, Maharashtra, India) promises about its tools and content. It supplements the Terms and Conditions; if the two differ, the Terms apply.
The tools are provided as they are
Every tool and converter on this site is free and runs in your browser. We work to make them accurate and reliable, and we test them before release (see How We Build and Test), but we provide them without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. A conversion, calculation or generated file may contain errors, and a browser or device may behave differently from the ones we tested. Check the result before you rely on it, and keep your original files.
No professional advice
- Currency rates shown by the currency converter come from a public rate service and are for information only; they are not an offer, quote or financial advice. Use your bank's or exchange's rate for a transaction.
- Passport and ID photos are produced to published size specifications, but each authority applies its own rules on lighting, expression, background and recency. We cannot guarantee that a photo will be accepted; check the current rules of the authority you are applying to.
- Password strength, breach checks and encryption are estimates and conveniences, not a security guarantee. A password that passes our checks can still be compromised by other means.
- System information is what your browser reports and may be incomplete or inexact.
- Unit, number, colour, time zone and other conversions are provided for general use. For legal, medical, engineering, accounting or other professional purposes, verify them with an authoritative source.
Your files and your responsibility
Files you open in a tool are processed on your own device and are not sent to us, so we cannot see, recover or restore them. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use, for the content you create with the tools, and for keeping backups. Do not rely on a tool as the only copy of anything.
Outside links and services
Guides and posts link to other websites, and a few tools fetch data you ask for from outside services (listed in the Privacy Policy). We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising placed by Google, as described in the Advertising Disclosure. An advertisement is not an endorsement by us, and we are not party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.
Accuracy of the content
Guides and posts are written from using the tools and are reviewed for accuracy (see the Editorial Policy), but software, file formats and third-party services change. If you find an error, use the "Report a Problem" link in the footer and we will correct the page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Leena Software Solutions and Milan Salvi are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools or the content, including lost data, lost profits or indirect loss.
